FragranceGlobal is an independent retailer of fragrances and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the brands, design houses, or manufacturers whose products are listed for sale on this Site. All brand names, trademarks, logos, and product images displayed on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying and describing the genuine products offered for resale.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

FragranceGlobal is committed to selling only genuine, authentic fragrances. We take commercially reasonable steps to vet our suppliers and verify the authenticity of the products we sell before they are listed on this Site.

Despite these efforts, no supply chain is completely without risk. In the rare event that a customer receives a product they believe to be counterfeit, non-genuine, or otherwise inconsistent with what was advertised, please be assured this would be an unintentional error and not a reflection of our sourcing practices or intentions. We ask that you contact us immediately at liquidifie@gmail.com with your order details and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging, so we can investigate and make it right — whether through a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
