Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 3–7 business days. We operate multiple warehouses located across the US, Asia, and Europe, and your order is sent from the warehouse nearest to you that has the item in stock — so exact delivery times can vary depending on where your item ships from.
You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Once your tracking status shows Delivered, responsibility for the package passes to you, and we are no longer responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed. Before that point, while your order is in transit, we take full responsibility — if your package is lost or damaged before it is marked delivered, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check the latest status anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the first tracking update to appear.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns of fragrances in two cases only:
Something's wrong. If your order arrives broken or damaged, or you have genuine reason to believe it isn't authentic, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. The item must be shipped back to us for inspection — once we receive and verify it, we'll send a replacement or full refund (we cover return shipping for verified issues). You can also use our Report an Issue form for these.
Changed your mind. If you simply no longer want the fragrance, you can return it within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery, as long as it's unopened and in its original packaging with the seal intact. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
Please note: once your tracking shows Delivered, responsibility for the package passes to you and we can no longer take responsibility for loss or damage after that point. To start any return, Report an Issue and wait for confirmation before shipping anything back.

Every product we sell is 100% genuine. FragranceGlobal is an independent reseller and is not an authorized dealer of the brands we carry; all brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
